You will find in the Ælred Fig Cream the good sweet and fragrant taste of the caramelized figs. To be consumed as a cocktail with white wine, champagne, creamy, white wine, rosé, clairette... or simply on crushed ice or ice cubes. Ælred Figue Cream is also ideal in cooking to accompany foie gras, cheese, your desserts.
