For the purposes set out in Article 2, W Distribution may transmit your Personal Data to companies in the Eyguebelle Group.

W Distribution may also share your Personal Data with third parties, but only in the cases listed below. We inform you that this sharing of data is done with companies which provide sufficient guarantees of protection with regard to the applicable regulations.

We may use service providers, agents or suppliers to process the internal operations of our Site and to help us manage them, or the functions, programmes and promotions available. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and to implement appropriate measures; When we run a joint or partnered programme or operation on our Site with another company, organisation or other reputable third party, and we collect and process Personal Information in connection with that event, we may share your Personal Information with our partner.
