1. WHAT CATEGORIES OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we may use various technologies that collect and provide information about how you view and use our Site, as well as demographic data about our Site users that we may obtain from third parties such as Google or the social networks you use (""Usage Data""). In addition to the purposes for which you have provided your Personal Data, you may also have the opportunity (via a tick box or otherwise) to authorise the use of your data for an activity or service that is different from the primary activity or service you are requesting. 3. TO WHOM IS IT TRANSMITTED?

Distribution undertakes never to communicate your Personal Data to a third party intending to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless it has expressly informed you of this possibility and has received your prior express authorisation.

For the purposes set out in Article 2, W Distribution may transmit your Personal Data to companies in the Eyguebelle Group.

W Distribution may also share your Personal Data with third parties, but only in the cases listed below. We inform you that this sharing of data is done with companies which provide sufficient guarantees of protection with regard to the applicable regulations.

We may use service providers, agents or suppliers to process the internal operations of our Site and to help us manage them, or the functions, programmes and promotions available. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and to implement appropriate measures; When we run a joint or partnered programme or operation on our Site with another company, organisation or other reputable third party, and we collect and process Personal Information in connection with that event, we may share your Personal Information with our partner. If your Personal Information is collected by (or shared with) a company other than W Distribution as part of this promotion, we will let you know at the time we collect your Personal Information and seek your consent;

We may share aggregate survey or demographic information with third parties. However, this information is published in anonymous form and does not contain any personal data. 4. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS

This Site uses tracking technologies such as cookies, IP address and event logs to collect the following information: browser type and operating system, referring page, clickstream and ISP domain name, in order to improve the use and functionality of our websites and to better understand how visitors use our Site and the tools and services offered on it. Third-party cookies

IP address

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Unless otherwise indicated, we keep your data for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the applicable regulations and subject to the exercise of your right to object or to have it deleted, i.e. in particular for the duration of your User account (as long as you have not unsubscribed) for the management of your account, the processing of your order, the improvement of your User experience and the sending of general newsletters for information purposes.

In addition to this retention period, there is an intermediate archiving period in order to comply with legal retention and prescription periods. Archiving implies that this data is anonymised and can no longer be consulted online, but is extracted and stored on an autonomous and secure medium.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing of, port and object to the processing of data concerning you. You have the right, depending on the case, to have your data rectified, completed, updated or blocked if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date, or if its collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.

You also have the right to have your data deleted in the cases listed in the regulations.

If you have subscribed to information services by e-mail, you may also request that you no longer receive these e-mails, either as indicated above, or by following the instructions included in each of these e-mails when you receive them. If you have accepted telephone canvassing (option offered when you opened your account), you may at any time exercise your right to oppose telephone canvassing by unchecking the corresponding box in your account (My account section).

7. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IMPLEMENTED?

Distribution undertakes to take all necessary technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data collected on the Site in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

If you consider that the processing of your Personal Data constitutes a breach of the applicable regulations, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
