Terms of delivery

Area of coverage

Our deliveries are made in mainland France. If you wish to place an order from abroad, you must provide us with a delivery address in mainland France.

Delivery methods

We use various modes of transport to send your parcels. Most are handled by a carrier with whom we have signed a contract. Each shipment is given a tracking number.

Delivery charges

Delivery and preparation costs vary according to the weight, volume and fragility of the order. The amount of these charges is set by the carrier used. You can see this when you pay, just before confirming your order.

Delivery times

Packages are delivered within 6 days of receipt of order.

Delivery problems

If you are absent on the day your parcel is delivered:

  • Delivery by carrier
The carrier will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox with their telephone number so that you can call them to arrange a new delivery date.
  • Delivery by Colissimo
The parcel will be returned to the post office and a delivery notice with the post office number will be left in your letterbox. You have 10 days to collect your parcel from your Post Office.

If your parcel is damaged

We ask you not to accept a damaged parcel (a box with visible signs of having been opened and/or damaged). It must be refused.

Packages leaving our warehouse are always in excellent condition, with the guarantee strips visible and intact, and must reach you in the same condition.

If a damaged parcel has been left, at your request, with another person who has received it for you, the parcel is considered to have been "accepted as is". If no reservation has been made, we will not be able to take account of any missing items, nor will we be able to pay any compensation. The words "subject to unpacking" are not acceptable.
