We are an online retailer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You certify that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to purchase on this website. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.

Alcohol must not be consumed by pregnant women.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.


The prices of our products are payable in Euros. They include all taxes but exclude shipping costs.


Validation of an order implies that you have read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale.

A/ CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE - STORE PICK-UP (For private customers only)

This is a free service with no minimum purchase. The individual customer places an order on the www.eyguebelle.fr website and has the option of paying online or on the spot when collecting the goods. Collection takes place at the Eyguebelle boutique, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie at the time chosen by the customer when ordering.

Once the order has been finalised, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, at the address they have indicated, specifying the order number, the list of Products ordered and their prices as well as the boutique's contact details.

Preparation and availability:

To collect the order from the shop, simply present the confirmation email received directly to a sales assistant.

B/ AT THE PRO DRIVE (Reserved for business customers)

Collection of goods at the Drive is reserved for professional customers. Professionals can collect goods D+3 working days after validation of payment for their order.

The Drive service is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

Goods are collected from 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, at the end of the factory car park / last platform. 


Our products are only delivered in Europe to the address indicated when the order was placed. A maximum of 10 working days is allowed for delivery. If the delivery date is exceeded, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund. 

In the event of delivery being impossible due to an address error for which W Distribution is not responsible, the return will be invoiced at the current rate. W Distribution cannot be held responsible for delivery problems. 

In the event of a product being out of stock, the customer will be informed either by telephone or by e-mail and only the items dispatched will be invoiced. 

In the event of non-conformity, the customer must immediately inform the carrier, describing the problem as clearly as possible in writing: (leaking parcel, goods missing or not corresponding to the order, parcel already opened, etc.).

When the consumer personally takes delivery of the items transported and when the carrier cannot prove that he was given the opportunity to check that they were in good condition, the period referred to in article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, which extinguishes any action against the carrier, is extended to ten days.

Damaged or non-conforming goods must be returned to us in their original packaging. These will be replaced and reshipped at W Distribution's expense or reimbursed at the customer's request.


Payment for purchases is made by bank card and the amount debited when the order is validated by the customer.

Payment is managed by our bank BNP using the SSL encryption process, which guarantees the security of all purchases on our site. 

You are on a 3D Secure merchant site. If your card is identified as 3D Secure, your bank's authentication page will be displayed at the time of payment, allowing you to enter your password and pay in complete security. 


Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract of sale without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods ordered by the Customer, or from receipt by a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the Customer.

Exception: the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is delayed beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of W DISTRIBUTION. It is also excluded when the products supplied have been unsealed by the customer after delivery and consequently cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

To exercise the right of withdrawal when it is applicable, the Customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the sales contract to the company W DISTRIBUTION by means of an unambiguous statement (registered letter or email) to the address below. The Customer may, but is not required to, use the model withdrawal form attached to this Contract.

Effect of withdrawal

The Customer must return the products received, objects of the broken contract, within 14 days of his decision to withdraw, to the address of the company W DISTRIBUTION indicated below. He will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. As these are consumer goods, the returned products must not have been unsealed or opened. Furthermore, the Customer may only be held liable in the event of product depreciation resulting from handling other than that required to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these products.

In the event of retraction by the Customer, Société W DISTRIBUTION shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method proposed by Société W DISTRIBUTION) no later than 14 days from the day on which Société W DISTRIBUTION has recovered the returned products or has received proof of their dispatch. Company W DISTRIBUTION shall proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means; in any event, the reimbursement method shall not incur any costs for the Customer.
