The Yellow Coiron Liqueur is an Ardèche liqueur from a elixir of life elaborated in 1249 by Benedictus of Nuraie. This recipe comes from the Distillerie Deleuze in Villeneuve de Berg that the monks bought in 1930.It is composed of about fifty plants, flowers, barks and spices infused and macerated, then distilled. It is then sweetened with honey before being put in barrels. 43% alcohol.
