Description

Ælred Genepi Liqueur is obtained from the most well-known aromatic plants of the Savoy Alps: the genepi. To make this liqueur, you need to macerate genepi strands in alcohol according to a specific recipe and duration; then the macerate is slightly sweet and the degree of alcohol is adjusted with water. Ælred Genepi Liqueur is usually drunk as a digestive but you can drink it as an aperitif with or without ice cream.
