Description

Genepi liqueur is made from the best-known aromatic plant of the Savoy Alps: génépi. To make this liqueur, the sprigs of génépi are macerated in alcohol for 40 days and then add the sugar and filter the mixture. Ælred Genepi liqueur is generally drunk as an after-dinner drink, but it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif with or without ice.
