Rules of the prize competition on the occasion of the launch of the COFFEE Corner at Domaine Eyguebelle

Rules of the prize competition “Raffle with mandatory purchase DOMAINE EYGUEBELLE, launch of the COFFEE Corner at Domaine Eyguebelle,” organized by the company W Distribution – Distribution company for Eyguebelle products at Domaine Eyguebelle, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie, from June 15, 2026 to June 21, 2026 – Draw on June 23, 2026.

Exclusive prize competition in our Domaine Eyguebelle store in Valaurie.

Winner – Prize:

PRIZE: One Polaroid NOW Generation 2 instant camera, valued at €79.99 including VAT.

Article 1 – Organization

The company W Distribution, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 VALAURIE, a limited liability company registered with the Romans Trade and Companies Register under number 445 127 871 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), is organizing from June 15, 2026 to June 21, 2026 a raffle with mandatory purchase of “French Pâtisserie 1883 syrups” at Domaine Eyguebelle in Valaurie (26).

Article 2 – Announcement of the game

This game is announced via posters displayed in tourist offices and local shops, through social media, and on the website www.eyguebelle.com under the “news” section.

Article 3 – Participants and conditions of participation

The raffle is open to any adult natural person (18 years and over), hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s),” who has made:

• a purchase of a 70 cl bottle of French Pâtisserie 1883 syrups in the Organizing Company’s store, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie.

Employees of the Organizing Company, as well as their spouses (married, civil partners, or cohabiting partners), ascendants and descendants, are not allowed to participate. Any false identity or false information provided by the Participant on the entry form will result in the cancellation of participation.

Entry coupons will be distributed by W Distribution as follows:

• directly to customers purchasing a 70 cl bottle of French Pâtisserie 1883 syrups in the Organizing Company’s store;
• one coupon per bottle purchased. Therefore, if two bottles are purchased, the customer will receive two raffle tickets and thus two chances to win.

The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the game if any fraud is detected. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award the prize to fraudsters and/or to take legal action against the perpetrators.

To participate, Participants must:

1. Purchase 70 cl bottles of French Pâtisserie 1883 syrups at the store counter of the Organizing Company.
2. Receive a coupon from the seller, complete it, and deposit it in the designated ballot box.
3. Accumulate coupons if multiple bottles are purchased.
4. Read and accept these rules without reservation; for in-store purchases, placing a coupon in the ballot box constitutes full acceptance of the rules.

Participants are informed that these conditions are mandatory. Failure to comply with any of them will result in the participation not being taken into account.

Article 4 – Prize

One winner will be selected in this raffle.

Prize:
One Polaroid NOW Generation 2 instant camera valued at €79.99 including VAT (seventy-nine euros and ninety-nine cents).

The value is expressed in euros including VAT based on retail prices at the time of drafting. The value may vary without the Organizing Company being held responsible.

The winner may not request the cash equivalent or exchange the prize for other goods or services.

Article 5 – Prize collection

The draw will take place on June 23, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone or email. The prize may be collected in store or shipped to the winner’s address.

Article 6 – Limitation of liability

W Distribution reserves the right to cancel the operation in the event of force majeure or any unforeseen circumstance beyond its control, without liability.

It may modify the terms of the operation if necessary for its proper execution, with such modifications being communicated and added as an amendment to these rules.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruption, malfunction, suspension, or termination of the game for any reason whatsoever.

Article 7 – Claims and disputes

These rules are governed exclusively by French law. Participation implies full acceptance of these rules. Any dispute must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the announcement of the winner to W Distribution, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie.

Article 8 – Filing and consultation of the rules

These rules are available free of charge upon request from W Distribution, 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie. They are also available on www.eyguebelle.com.

Article 9 – Image rights / promotion

With the prior consent of the winner:

• The Organizing Company may publish the winner’s name, municipality of residence, and photograph on any media, without granting any rights other than the prize itself.
• The prize handover may be photographed by the Organizing Company or any third party of its choice, which the winner expressly accepts. Attendance of the winner is required in such cases.
• The winner agrees that photographs taken may be used on any media without conferring any rights other than the prize.

Article 10 – Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (as amended) and EU Directive 95/46/EC.

Participants are informed that their personal data is necessary for participation. They have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of their data by contacting W Distribution at the address above or by email at domaine@eyguebelle.com.
