Prize to Win
1 year of Eyguebelle syrups, consisting of one Eyguebelle syrup per month for 12 months, namely:
PRIZE: 12 Eyguebelle syrups with a total retail value of €72.00 incl. VAT.
Article 1 – Organization
The company W Distribution, located at 3 chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie, France, a limited liability company (SARL) registered with the Romans Trade and Companies Register under number 445 127 871, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company", is organizing a free prize draw with no purchase obligation entitled:
“Eyguebelle Open House 2026 Contest”
from October 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., in connection with the Eyguebelle Open House 2026 event.
Article 2 – Contest Announcement
The contest will be promoted:
- On the website: www.eyguebelle.com;
- Through displays and signage at the Eyguebelle Open House event venue.
Article 3 – Participants and Conditions of Entry
The contest is open to any natural person aged 18 years or older residing in Metropolitan France.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- Employees of the Organizing Company;
- Their spouses, civil partners, or cohabiting partners;
- Their ascendants and descendants.
Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.
To validly enter the contest, participants must:
- Take a photo during their visit to the Eyguebelle Open House 2026 event;
- Publish the photo in an Instagram Story;
- Tag the Instagram account @sirops_eyguebelle in the Story;
- Be following the Instagram account @sirops_eyguebelle at the time of the prize draw;
- Scan the QR Code made available at the event site;
- Complete the online entry form in full.
Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or non-compliant entry will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
Only one entry per person will be accepted throughout the duration of the contest.
The Organizing Companies reserve the right to carry out any checks deemed necessary regarding participants' identities and compliance with the participation requirements.
Article 4 – Prize
The contest includes the following prize:
GRAND PRIZE
1 year of Eyguebelle syrups, consisting of 12 bottles of Eyguebelle syrup delivered to the winner in a single shipment.
Indicative total value: €72.00 incl. VAT (subject to selected products).
The prize value is provided for information purposes only and corresponds to the public retail price applicable at the time these rules were drafted.
The prize may not be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
Article 5 – Selection of the Winner and Prize Delivery
The prize draw will take place on October 26, 2026, among all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by telephone, email, or through the Instagram account provided during registration.
The prize may be:
- Collected directly from the Eyguebelle Estate in Valaurie; or
- Shipped in a single delivery to the address provided by the winner.
If the winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of notification, the Organizing Companies reserve the right to conduct a new prize draw.
Article 6 – Limitation of Liability
The Organizing Company shall not be held liable in the event of:
- Interruption or malfunction of social media platforms, the internet, or any computer equipment;
- Loss or delay of entry data;
- Force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the contest if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability.
Article 7 – Claims and Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute concerning the contest must be submitted in writing to:

within a maximum period of seven (7) days following the announcement of the winner.
No claim will be accepted after this deadline.
Article 8 – Availability of the Rules
These rules may be consulted free of charge:
- On the website www.eyguebelle.com;
- Upon request from the Organizing Company.
Article 9 – Image Rights and Communications
Subject to the winner's prior consent:
- The Organizing Company may publish the winner's first name, first letter of the surname, city of residence, and photograph on its communication media;
- The prize presentation may be photographed and shared on social media;
- Such use shall not entitle the winner to any remuneration other than the prize awarded.
Article 10 – Personal Data
Personal data collected by W Distribution as part of the Contest will be recorded and stored in a computerized database. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
The data will be processed solely for the purposes of:
- Managing participation in the Contest;
- Administering the Contest;
- Awarding and delivering prizes;
- Handling any claims;
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
- Protecting and defending the rights of the Organizing Company.
The personal data is intended for the personnel of the Organizing Company and, where applicable, for subcontractors involved in organizing or managing the Contest and awarding prizes.
The collected personal data will not be transferred to third parties and will not be used for any other purpose.
Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to manage the Contest and will then be deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data by writing to:

or by email at domaine@eyguebelle.com, together with proof of identity.
If participants object to the processing of their personal data, their participation in the Contest cannot be taken into account.
Participants may submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, the CNIL, via: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, if a dispute regarding the processing of their personal data or the exercise of their rights cannot be resolved directly with the Organizing Company.
