Cassis
The Eyguebelle Blackcurrant Syrup with pure French sugar will delight lovers of this small berry with its acidic and powerful taste. It can be drunk with still or sparkling water but is most often combined with white wine as an aperitif. Blackcurrants are black berries with smooth skin forming a bunch identical to a bunch of grapes but smaller. Cassis is cultivated mainly in Bourgogne where the famous Cassis de Bourgogne Cream is made but it is also found in our beautiful region in Drôme and Ardèche.

Usage
Dilute according to your taste in 8 to 10 volumes of water. With still or sparkling water, or white wine, or for dessert.
