The Ælred Blueberry cream offers you all the flavors of a wild fruit. Blueberry is a fruit rich in vitamin C, and is native to northern Europe and America. The Ælred Blueberry cream has a fragrance of ripe fruit, enhanced by a slight acidity. It's perfect combined with white wine or champagne. It will be perfect to coat your ice cream or sorbets.
