Rules of the contest “Tombola with Purchase Requirement – DOMAINE Eyguebelle, Launch of the Ælred Artisan Blackberry-Cherry Syrup 100cl and Ælred Artisan Mint Syrup (colorant-free) 100cl”
Organized by W Distribution – Distributor of Eyguebelle products at Domaine Eyguebelle, 3 Chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie, from April 4, 2026, to April 19, 2026 – Draw on April 21, 2026.
Exclusive contest in the Domaine Eyguebelle store in Valaurie
Prize:
LOT: One Polaroid NOW+ Generation 2 instant camera, valued at €79.99 including taxes.
Article 1 – Organization
W Distribution, 3 Chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie, SARL registered with the Romans RCS under number 445 127 871 (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizing Company”), organizes from April 4, 2026, to April 19, 2026, a tombola with purchase requirement of the Ælred Artisan Blackberry-Cherry Syrup 100cl and Ælred Artisan Mint Syrup (colorant-free) 100cl at Domaine Eyguebelle in Valaurie (26).
Article 2 – Announcement
The contest is announced via posters displayed in tourist offices and local stores, on social media, and on the website www.eyguebelle.com under the “News” section.
Article 3 – Participants and Conditions
The tombola is open to any natural person aged 18 years or older (hereinafter “Participant(s)”) who has purchased:
- Both bottles of Ælred Artisan Blackberry-Cherry Syrup 100cl and Ælred Artisan Mint Syrup (colorant-free) 100cl at the Organizing Company’s store, 3 Chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie.
Employees of the Organizing Company, as well as their spouses, civil partners, cohabitants, ascendants, and descendants, are not allowed to participate. Any false identity or information on the entry form will invalidate participation.
Entry coupons are distributed by W Distribution as follows:
- Directly to the customer who purchased both bottles at the store.
- If a customer purchases two bottles of each syrup, they receive two tombola coupons, giving them two chances to win.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest in case of fraud and may take legal action against fraudsters.
To participate, Participants must:
- Purchase the required bottles at the store counter.
- Receive an entry coupon from the seller, complete it, and deposit it in the designated box.
- Multiple entries are possible if multiple bottles are purchased.
- Read and accept the contest rules; depositing a coupon constitutes full acceptance of the rules.
Participation will only be accepted if all requirements are met.
Article 4 – Prize
One winner will be selected in this tombola.
Prize: One Polaroid NOW+ Generation 2 instant camera, valued at €79.99 including taxes. The value is indicative and may vary. No cash alternative or exchange for other goods/services is possible.
Article 5 – Prize Collection
The draw will take place on April 21, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone or email. The prize may be collected in-store or shipped to the winner’s address.
Article 6 – Limitation of Liability
W Distribution may cancel the contest due to force majeure or other events beyond its control without liability. The Company may also modify contest procedures if necessary for proper execution, with changes announced publicly.
The Organizing Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, suspensions, or termination of the contest.
Article 7 – Disputes
These rules are governed exclusively by French law. Participation implies full acceptance of the rules. Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of winner notification to W Distribution, 3 Chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie.
Article 8 – Access to Rules
The rules are available free of charge upon request from W Distribution and can also be consulted on www.eyguebelle.com.
Article 9 – Image Rights / Promotion
With prior consent from the winner:
- The Organizing Company may publish the winner’s name, city of residence, and photograph on any media, solely for prize attribution purposes.
- Prize handover may be photographed for promotion by the Organizing Company or a third party, which the winner expressly accepts. Presence at the photo session is required.
- Once consent is given, the winner agrees that photos may be published without conferring any rights beyond prize attribution.
Article 10 – Personal Data
Personal data collected during the contest is processed according to French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and EU directive 95/46/EC.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, or oppose processing by contacting W Distribution, 3 Chemin de la Méjeonne, 26230 Valaurie, by post or email at domaine@eyguebelle.com.
