20 ml Eyguebelle chestnut syrup
½ lemon juice
30 ml whisky
Sparkling water

The recipe in detail

Pour the ingredients in the order listed above into a glass over ice cube.
Top up with sparkling water.
Stir.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
