5 Gin Fieldfare cocktails

  •     2 cl Ælred Triple Sec Liqueur
  •     3 cl Fieldfare Gin
  •     3 cl Martini Sec
  •     2 cl lime juice
  •     Fresh raspberries

Start by crushing the raspberries in a shaker, adding the ice cubes, 3 cl Fieldfare Gin, then 2 cl Ælred Triple Sec Liqueur. Finally, add the lime juice.

Stir until you obtain a nice raspberry colour. Pour the mixture into a martini glass, adding the dry martini as a final touch.

You can decorate the glass with a slice of lime for extra colour.

  •     6 cl Fieldfare Gin
  •     4 cl grapefruit juice
  •     12 cl sparkling water
  •     4 cl lemon juice
  •     Ice cubes

To make Gin'Pamp, pour 6 cl of Gin, the lemon juice, the grapefruit juice and a few ice cubes into a shaker. Shake well.

Serve the mixture in a Tumbler glass and top up with chilled sparkling water. Ideally, tilt the glass slightly to release the bubbles and allow them to mix better with the alcohol.

Gently stir the Gin'Pamp with a stirrer or spoon in a slow motion to retain the cocktail's sparkle.

Garnish with a slice of lime or orange.

  •     5 cl Fieldfare Gin
  •     2 cl Ælred Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
  •     2 cl Ælred crème de cassis
  •     1 cl lemon juice
  •     Top up with Tonic

Pour 5 cl of Fieldfare Gin, lemon juice, Ælred Crème de Cassis, Ælred Triple Sec liqueur and a few ice cubes into a shaker. Shake well.

Serve the mixture in a Martini glass on the rocks. Top up with tonic according to your preference. Gently stir the cocktail to blend the flavours without losing the sparkle of the Tonic.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or a spiral of orange peel.
