Description

An brandy is the distillation of a fruit to which we add no sugar at all. Ælred Mirabelle Eau de Vie is very tasty and round on the palate. It should be drunk in small sips to reveal all the magic of the fruit. It is ideal as a digestive at the end of a meal, or to flavour your pancake or cake recipes. The mirabelle plum, a small yellow fruit speckled with pink, bursting with sugar and with a delicate aroma, comes mainly from Lorraine, and produces a brandy with powerful, intense aromas.It should be drunk in small sips to reveal all the magic of the fruit.
