Order and delivery information

For orders delivered in France, allow an average of 2 to 5 working days from validation of your payment, depending on the carrier chosen. This time may be extended during busy periods (private sales, Christmas, etc.).

For orders delivered abroad, allow up to 10 days depending on the country of delivery and any customs formalities. You can track the progress of your order in the My Account section.

If the parcel you receive is damaged, refuse delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to us. Contact our customer service department by filling in the contact form and specifying your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you have accepted the parcel, contact our customer service department by filling in the contact form, giving your order number. Attach the following to your request: Photo of the parcel with the transport label legible, Photos attesting to the condition of the product, Photo of the delivery note. Keep the delivery note and the delivery box until the incident has been resolved. 

You have the right to cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. To do this, send your request to customer services by filling in the contact form. Please note: Bottles must be returned intact (unopened), in their original packaging and in a package strong enough to withstand transport.

You will receive an email to inform you that the refund has been processed. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, depending on the period, between 7 and 10 days from receipt of your order in our warehouse.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change its content. However, you can return unwanted products to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sending a glass bottle requires special care. We do our utmost to ensure that your products arrive in good condition, using quality packaging and extra protection for the bottles, which means a higher cost. Shipping costs are also calculated according to the size and weight of the parcel.

From time to time we offer free postage on purchases over a certain amount. You can find our current offers on the banner at the top of the home page. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method, the destination and the weight of your order. A simulator is available on the basket page.

Your loyalty points are effectively accessible in our boutique and also via the website within 48 hours of creating your loyalty account. 

We do not send samples, discount vouchers or promotional items free of charge. You can find all the Eyguebelle accessories in the Accessories section. However, Eyguebelle rewards your loyalty and you can transform your loyalty points into discount vouchers (300 points accumulated = €12 discount on your next order). 

Our transport partners deliver in France and Europe. For all requests outside this delivery zone, please contact us by email at drive@eyguebelle.com.

Overseas departments are subject to a specific tax, as is Switzerland. This tax applies to the delivery of goods and the final recipient is obliged to pay it in order to obtain his goods. Deliveries made by Eyguebelle are no exception to this rule and the amounts requested by the customs authorities can be very high. As these charges are difficult to estimate at the time of ordering, as they vary greatly over time and from case to case, we have had to take the decision to suspend our deliveries to Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island and Switzerland.
